You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business or organization. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration and Qualification

Access to our services requires qualification through our application process. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our sole discretion. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process.

5. Service Fees and Payment

Our services are provided on a pay-per-qualified-lead basis. Pricing varies based on the advertising channel used and lead quality. Current pricing ranges from $40 to $60 per interested lead that responds to outreach efforts. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

7. Data and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of leads generated through our platform. Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability
